Leaders of Vietnam's TAN A DAI THANH GROUP Visited the Company for Inspection and Exchange

  Recently, a delegation from Vietnam's TAN A DAI THANH GROUP, including Vice Chairman Mr. Nguyen, Procurement Deputy General Manager Ms. Nguyen, Legal and Investment Deputy General Manager Mr. Pham, and Deputy General Manager Yang Bin of Tianjin Investment Development Co., Ltd. of North International, visited our company for inspection and exchange. On behalf of the company, Hu Xueying, Dean of the Green Building Design and Research Institute, warmly received the visiting guests. Accompanying them were Zou Bin, Deputy Dean of the Green Building Design and Research Institute, Tang Xiaoyun, Director of the Green Building Design Center, Luo Jia, Director of the Scheme Institute of the Third Design Institute, and relevant personnel.

  Dean Hu Xueying extended a sincere welcome to the delegation from TAN A DAI THANH GROUP and provided a detailed introduction to Tianjin Architectural Design Institute's core business layout and the development of the company's international operations in recent years. Hu Xueying stated that as a renowned enterprise in Vietnam, TAN A DAI THANH GROUP has strong capabilities and outstanding achievements in real estate investment and development, industrial manufacturing, and industrial park operations. As leading enterprises in their respective markets in China and Vietnam, he expressed the expectation that in the future, both sides will uphold the principle of mutual benefit and win-win results, fully integrate their respective advantages in the construction industry, jointly leverage resources in the Vietnamese market, and collaborate to create internationally demonstrative cooperation projects, achieving leapfrog improvements in scale and strength. He firmly believes that through the strong collaboration between the two sides, they will jointly forge a new situation of win-win cooperation.

  Mr. Nguyen, Vice Chairman of TAN A DAI THANH GROUP, mentioned that the group, as the enterprise with the highest tax contribution in Vietnam in 2024, is a comprehensive enterprise headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam, with business spanning multiple sectors including industrial manufacturing, real estate development, and industrial park operations. It has an annual turnover of 350 million USD and employs over 5,000 people. He particularly noted that TAN A DAI THANH GROUP holds a significant position in the domestic Vietnamese market, and its industrial real estate projects have attracted foreign enterprises from South Korea, China, and other countries to settle in, contributing to the upgrading of Vietnam's manufacturing industry. Mr. Nguyen emphasized that in the context of global competition, only through deep integration and collaborative innovation can breakthrough development be achieved. He looks forward to pragmatic cooperation between the two sides in multiple dimensions such as talent development, business expansion, and technological innovation, complementing each other's strengths to establish a long-term cooperation mechanism and jointly tap into regional market potential.

  Ms. Nguyen, Deputy General Manager of TAN A DAI THANH GROUP, and Dean Hu Xueying conducted preliminary discussions on the specific cooperation models for three projects, including the Paradise Island tourism development project in Vietnam and multi-story apartment projects in Hanoi. Mr. Pham, Deputy General Manager, proposed suggestions for long-term technical exchange and cooperation between the two enterprises, to which the International Business Division of our company actively responded. Both sides agreed to continue communication after the meeting.

  After the meeting, the delegation conducted a site inspection of the company's design work, the Luneng Mansion project, and highly affirmed the quality of the architectural design, further strengthening their confidence in future cooperation. This cooperation and exchange has laid a solid foundation for the two sides to further deepen cooperation and achieve collaborative development. In the future, both sides will continue to explore cooperation paths and jointly build a new pattern of high-quality cooperative development.
