TADI Won First Prize in the 14th “Innovation Cup” BIM Application Competition
Recently, the official results of the 14th “Innovation Cup” Building Information Modeling (BIM) Application Competition, organized by the China Association of Survey and Design, were announced. Tianjin Architecture Design Institute Co., Ltd. (TADI) received First Prize in the “Independent Graphics Platform BIM Application” category for its Zhihui Center Tower project.
The Zhihui Center Tower project adopted domestically developed BIM software to carry out end-to-end digital design and implementation, establishing a technical workflow that connects design and quantity take-off through efficient data transfer and integrated information management. Recognized as a Tianjin Intelligent Construction Demonstration Project, the project has also earned multiple domestic and international awards, serving as a prominent example of Tianjin’s advancing digital capabilities in the built environment and contributing a distinctive “digital landmark” for the city.
As a nationally recognized industry competition, the “Innovation Cup” BIM Application Competition is widely regarded for its strong influence and credibility, with submissions representing leading BIM practice and application standards across China. Against intense competition and a field of approximately 1,000 valid entries nationwide, TADI’s award-winning performance reflects the Institute’s outstanding technical strength, innovation capability, and professional excellence in the BIM domain.
