TADI Subsidiary Jingte Company Successfully Delivers Whole-Process Engineering Consultancy for Tianjin Huanhu Hospital Renovation and Expansion Project
Tianjin Jingte Construction Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. (“Jingte Company”), a subsidiary of Tianjin Architecture Design Institute Co., Ltd. (TADI), has successfully completed the whole-process engineering consultancy services for the renovation and expansion of Tianjin Huanhu Hospital at its original site, a key municipal development project. The project achieved completion filing by the end of September 2025, officially commenced operations on October 1, 2025, and completed final project settlement on December 11, 2025, marking the full and orderly close-out of major delivery milestones.
Located at No. 122 Qixiangtai Road, Hexi District, Tianjin Huanhu Hospital has a total gross floor area of 69,506 square meters. The renovation and expansion initiative was undertaken to strengthen Tianjin’s emergency response and treatment capacity for common and high-incidence neurological and cerebrovascular conditions. Leveraging its integrated whole-process consultancy capability, Jingte Company provided end-to-end support through precise planning, refined management, and coordinated implementation, enabling the project to outperform comparable developments in schedule control, construction quality, and cost management. From commencement to commissioning, the hospital was delivered and placed into service within 30 months, setting a new benchmark for hospital construction delivery in Tianjin.
A notable example of value creation occurred during the review of the foundation pit support scheme. Drawing on extensive project experience, ZHANG Feng, the whole-process consultancy project manager, identified key optimization opportunities and actively advanced the refinement of the concept design. These measures ultimately generated an estimated RMB 28 million in investment savings and reduced the construction period by approximately three months, further demonstrating Jingte Company’s strong professional judgment and execution capability in complex project delivery.
The successful commissioning of the renewed Huanhu Hospital Tianta Campus underscores TADI’s professional strength and project management standards in whole-process engineering consultancy, and provides a replicable reference for hospital upgrading and expansion projects across Tianjin.
