TADI Breaks Ground on Yushida Affordable Rental Housing Phase I Residential EPC Project

   Recently, the commencement ceremony was held for the Phase I Residential EPC General Contracting Project of the Yushida Affordable Rental Housing Development, jointly undertaken by Tianjin Architecture Design Institute Co., Ltd. (TADI) and Tianjin Water Engineering Group Co., Ltd. Representatives from TADI’s EPC/General Contracting Division attended the event, marking the official start of construction.

   The Yushida project is located in Xiqing District, at the northeast corner of the intersection of Jinjing Highway (Jinjing Road) and Ziguang Road, with a total gross floor area of approximately 78,000 square meters. Upon completion, the development is expected to deliver more than 1,200 units of affordable rental housing, supporting the continued improvement of Tianjin’s housing security system and contributing to the stable and healthy development of the city’s real estate market.

   Following TADI’s successful delivery of the Aimisi Affordable Housing EPC project, Yushida represents another major affordable rental housing EPC project awarded to TADI in Tianjin. Going forward, TADI’s EPC general contracting team will work in close coordination with all participating parties, fully leveraging integrated EPC management strengths to implement stringent requirements across safety, quality, and schedule control. TADI remains committed to delivering the project to a high standard and building it into a benchmark livelihood-oriented development that meaningfully supports public welfare and housing security.
