TADI’s Tianbao Jiuru Pinzhu Residential Community Wins the 2025 Zhan Tianyou Gold Award

   Recently, the 2025 Outstanding Residential Community Technology Exchange Conference—“Smart Innovation, Premium Projects, Green Living”, hosted by the China Civil Engineering Society (CCES), was held in Beijing. Representatives of Tianjin Architecture Design Institute Co., Ltd. (TADI) attended the conference by invitation and engaged in in-depth exchanges with industry peers nationwide on topics including high-quality housing delivery, integrated green and low-carbon technologies, and smart community development.

   During the conference, CCES presented the 2025 China Civil Engineering Zhan Tianyou Award, one of the industry’s most recognized honors. The Tianbao Jiuru Pinzhu Residential Community, jointly developed and delivered by TADI and Tianjin Tianbao Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., was awarded the 2025 Zhan Tianyou Gold Award for Residential Communities, in recognition of its outstanding performance in master planning and architectural design, integrated green technologies, high-quality implementation, and the creation of a premium living environment.

   Located in the Tianjin Airport Economic Area, within the core zone of the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei coordinated development region, Tianbao Jiuru Pinzhu is guided by the principles of “green and low-carbon, smart technology, livable comfort, and innovation-driven development.” The project incorporates advanced planning strategies such as narrow road and dense network planning, a nine-grid spatial layout, pedestrian–vehicle separation, and sponge city concepts to create a low-density ecological residential community. The development adopts 100% prefabricated construction, with a prefabrication rate exceeding 50%, and has obtained China Green Building Two-Star certification. Through refined unit planning, integrated fit-out solutions, and health-oriented building technologies, the project proactively advances a range of housing improvement standards—closely aligning with national priorities to build “safe, comfortable, green, and intelligent high-quality homes.”

   This award highlights TADI’s forward-looking approach and professional excellence in next-generation residential design, and serves as strong recognition of the capabilities and dedication of the design teams and collaborating partners involved in the project.
